Marwar Memorial
The Marwar Memorial has been constructed in memory of soldiers who sacrificed their lives in action on 18 December 1961 during ‘Op Vijay’, for the liberation of Diu Island and compelled the Portugese Governor Major Fernando D’ Almeda E-Vasconcels to surrender the Island of Diu to the Union of India.

Kangla Tongbi War Memorial MCMM Jabalpur

Kangla Tongbi War Memorial is significant war memorial located in Manipur, India. It commemorates the Battle of Kangla Tongbi, which took place during World War II. This battle, fought from April 6 to April 7, 1944. The memorial site features a bronze statue of a soldier atop a stone pillar, alongwith stone tablets inscribed with the name of the soldiers who made supreme sacrifice of their lives in the battle. The memorial stands as a symbol of bravery, sacrifice and the united effort of personnel of 221 Advance Base Depot. The Memorial was resurrected to Jabalpur in 1976 and again shifted to its present location in 1982. Now, replica of the same is at MCMM, Jabalpur.
