The Punjabees attained yet another feat when the “Galley Gulls” successfully completed the Para Motor Expedition from Meerut Cantt to Ramgarh. The team comprised 15 members incl ground crew led by Lt Col BPS Thakur and Capt Pankaj Bisht. The team covered a distance of 1156 kms. This was the first time that an expedition of this nature was undertaken by any of the Infantry Regiments. It was an acid test of endurance, perseverance  and  the ability to take risks  highlighting the  qualities,  punjabees are  made of.
