Funds
The Fund of Association will be called as ‘THE GUARDS OFFICERS REGIMENTAL ASSOCIATION (GORA) FUND'.
The following will be the sources of funds of the Association:-
Subscriptions.
Donation / gifts from Units/Regimental Centre/Individuals.
Donation from Govt/Non Govt welfare and social bodies.
Co-operative banking.
Return on investments.
Income / return from any other project promoted / undertaken by the Association.
Membership fees and subscription per year will be as under :-

| TA Units | Rs 5000/- Annual |
| Regimental Centre | Rs 15000/- Annual |
| All Veterans & Serving Officers | Rs 1500/- One time and |
Banking and Expenditure
The Chairman will be authorised to operate the accounts of the Association with a scheduled bank.
Any contribution to charitable Institutions as may directly/indirectly benefit the Association may be made with the approval of the Managing Committee.
As a matter of policy, the budget for a financial year be chalked out every year and approved by the managing Committee and expenditure pertaining to GORA be strictly in accordance with the budget approved. However, President and Chairman under unforeseen contingencies may incure expenditure upto a maximum of Rs 10.000/- and Rs 5,000/- respectively in one transaction but details of the same should be forwarded to the Managing Committee for their approval. Financial year of the GORA should be from 01 Jan to 31 Dec.
All property both movable and immovable will be the property of life members of the Association. In case the Association is disbanded the total assets will be distributed equally to the units of the Regiment and the Regimental Centre after meeting due legal and administrative expenses.
