As most of the Tps of Indian Army are located at remote locations, therefore APS has introduced number of retail services such as Asha greetings cards, Telephone cards, Pack post etc. to take care of Tps day-to-day requirement.

(a)     Asha Greeting cards :-

Asha Greeting cards, an innovation of AWWA, are available through all FPOs. These cards can be used for conveying good wishes and greetings. These cards are available in following sizes at the rate mentioned against the size.

(b)    Rakhi Envelope :-

It is an especially designed envelope for sending Rakhi economically and safely.These are made available through FPO atleast 20 days in advance of Rakhi festival.These are sold at a price between Rs. 7/- to Rs.10/- depending upon production cost. The specification of Rakhi envelopes are as below:-

(c)     eMO :-

Electronic Money (eMO) was introduced w.e.f 24 Aug 09 in Army Postal Service Corp with an aim to simplify the transmission process of money orders by ensuring quick and secure electronic transmission. Time taken for Transmission is very less & amount is paid within a day of booking. The amount of money order is paid in cash at the door step of the payee. Facility for remitting money from one to one, one to many and many to one is available under this service. eMO can be booked at authorized PO's, but paid through all delivery POs in the country. Commission for eMO is same as applicable to money order. The eMOs can be tracked through Indiapost website.

(d)    Speed Post Envelopes :-

Speed Post Envelope is a product of India Post which offers economical solution for sending important documents through speed post safely.The envelope is designed in a manner that it gets priority in sorting and further transmission.

(e)    Indian postal Order :-

An Indian Postal Order is a useful way of sending and receiving small amounts of money from/ to any corner of India.The Indian Postal Order is especially useful in making payments for an application under the Right to Information Act, to make a payment to the Authority you are seeking information from.

Available in denominations of Rs 1, 2, 5, 7, 10, 20, 50 and 100.
