APS Post Office Savings Bank (POSB) accounts standing at FPOs have been migrated to Core Banking Solution (CBS) platform. Depositors can approach any of the 25000 CBS enabled Civil Post Offices for transactions.

APS PLI policies have been migrated to Core Insurance Solutions (CIS) platform. Depositors can approach any of the 25000 CIS enabled Civil Post Office for payment of premia and information. Further, all the claim/services (like maturity, Surrender, Death Claim, Survival Benefit) can be availed through 810 Head Post Offices.
