The roles assigned to this unit are as under :-

(a)     Demobilisation of upto 800 personnel per month.

(b)     Hold and manage upto a maximum of 700 to 800 Low Medical Category Personnel Below Officers Rank at any point of time.

(c)     Provide administrative support to 850-900 combatant personnel of Artillery Records and to individuals attending resettlement vocational courses. Perform the function of the local Army Placement Satellite Node.
