Grant of Permanent Commission in the AMC (Non Tech) for the categories of appointments mentioned below will be governed by the terms and conditions of service as laid down in this Army Instruction : -

(a)     Quartermasters and Assistant Quartermaster of Medical Units, AMC Centre and School and AFMC.

(b)     Coy Officers of Medical Units

(c)     Assistant Registers of Military Hospitals

(d)     Coy Commander, AFMC Centre and School

(e)     Officer Commanding Mil Trg Bn, AMC Centre and School

(f)      Adjutant Military Training Battalions, AMC Centre and School

(g)     Records Officers, AMC Records

(h)     Accounts Officers, AMC Centre & School

(j)      Adjutant/Instructor Officers Training School, AMC Centre & School

(k)     Any other appointment tenable by AMC (Non Technical) Officers in PE/WE of medial units.
