Citation.    First time in the history of the Indian Army that a beginning had been made to award a Regiment Centre with the prestigious recognition as Unit Citation. The Centre was bestowed with General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Central Command Unit Citation for its operational commitment and devotion to duty during conduct of ‘OPERATION KOSI PRAHAR’ i.e Bihar State Floods in the year 2008.
