1.     Wedding ceremonies, receptions, private/personnel parties etc are not permitted in Manekshaw Centre.

2.     CATERING FACILITY is available and is done by Manekshaw Centre for all events. Various menus of different cuisines are available as per the requirements for the clients for the event.

3.     TAXES ARE APPLICABLE : On rentals – 12.36% (service tax) On catering - 19.92%

 

4.     Children below 11 years are not permitted in Manekshaw Centre.

 

5.     SECURITY CLEARANCE : Appropriate security clearance in respect of any foreign guest/delegate will be taken by the client prior to the hosting of the event and must be duly produced and deposited with Manekshaw Centre minimum two weeks prior to the event. The requisite security clearance can be taken from the MHA (Foreign Division) and MEA.

6.     NOC & PERFORMANCE LICENSE : All clients making use of the auditorium for any kind of performance based event are to obtain the NOC and performance license from the office of Additional Commissioner of Police: Licensing, 1st floor, Police Station, Defence Colony, Near Moolchand hospital, New Delhi – 110 049. (public dealing timings are 09:30am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday) www.delhipolicelicensing.gov.in. The requisite document must be deposited with Manekshaw Centre by the client minimum 7 days prior to the event.

7.     LIQUOR ex CSD will be served only to the Defence personnel's. For others, client has to procure own liquor along with the L-49 license. Establishment of the bar counter and servicing of liquor for the same will be done by Manekshaw Centre. Sponsored liquor is not permitted.

8.     TIMINGS : Laid down timings will be adhered to the clients. After 2300 hrs an additional charge of 20% of the rental (per hour) will be levied.

9.     For advertisement outside the premises of Manekshaw Centre, the client has to obtain permission from the MCD.

10.   All booking will be confirmed only on the payment of 50% advance of the total space rentals initially. Balance amount including catering charges and 10% amount as refundable security must be deposited 48 hrs prior to commencement of the event.

11.   Manekshaw Centre reserves the right to relocate/postpone or even cancel the event to any other suitable area/day based on the directions of higher HQ.
