The Army Aero Nodal Centre (AANC).

It functions under Army Adventure Wing. AANC conducts expeditions, air shows, basic flying courses, photography and radio trials. With a fleet of eleven micro light aircraft, AANC of MCTE is the largest micro light base of its kind in Asia.

Sports, Adventure & Clubs.

The College has excellent facilities for all types of sports. It has three state-of-the-art squash courts, an excellent indoor basketball court, Artificial Turf Volleyball courts, indoor Badminton courts, three Tennis courts and a state of the art Gymnasium. Adventure activities like hiking, trekking, hang-gliding, and cycle expeditions are undertaken. MCTE also has an excellent health club and a well-equipped cyber club. A recent addition is the Astronomy club, with state-of-the-art telescope which provides facility for stargazing to its members.

Inter-faculty/Wing tournaments in various sports are organized round the year for the Comdt’s banner to inculcate competitive spirit and sportsmanship. Tournaments in Basketball, Hockey, Football, Volleyball and Cross Country are organised. Competitions in officers games are also held in Tennis, Table Tennis, Golf, Squash, Billiards andCricket. The College also boasts of a nine hole practice golf course within the campus.
