BRIG A RAGESH, OIC RECORDS

1.         With a deep sense of pride, gratitude and elation, today I assume the charge of “OIC Records” of the elite “Artillery Records”. Its a proud privilege to take over the reins of one of the best and biggest Record Office of the Indian Army.

2.         On this momentous occasion, I express my profound gratitude to the almighty and to all ranks of the est for this honour, faith and privilege bestowed upon me. The present team under Col KC Rao as the CO Records have put in tremendous effort to win the “Best Records Office Trophy” in  Southern Command and the same needs to be maintained.

3.        I realize the enormous responsibility, honour and trust reposed on me and shall always strive to maintain the rich traditions, famed legacy and glorious heritage of the est. I take this opportunity to thank my predecessors, colleagues and subordinates for their contribution and untiring efforts towards making the est an efficient and motivated working place. 

4.        I convey my sincere thanks and gratitude to Brig JS Goraya, a dedicated and distinguished professional officer, whose commitment and untiring efforts have set high standards for me to emulate.  I wish him and his family all the very best and success in the years to come.

5.      I exhort all ranks, including civilian staff to continue the pursuit of excellence in all fields through resolve, dedication and professional competence so that the est achieves greater heights and success in the days to come.
