ASSEMBLY DINING BUDDHA TERRACE FOYER AREA RECEPTION AREA
THE BANQUET ASSEMBLY has a grandeur which is par excellence. Hand painted scenes from Battles of Mahabharata, Ramayana and Kalinga adorn the roof of the Banquet Assembly. A breath taking view of the landscaped lawns make it ideal for formal and informal gatherings. Adjacent to the entrance lobby, the banquet assembly can serve as a stand alone place for formal cocktail for up to 300 guests.
THE BANQUET DINING can host up to 300 guests during buffet services or 160 guests for a formal sit down meal including silver service.
BUDDHA TERRACE is a beautiful open area on the first floor providing breath of fresh air. A non AC facility with buffet counters is a perfect venue for an informal gathering. It can accommodate upto 100 guests.
The sit-out has also been adorned with mummified palms and potted plants. It is literally a destination within a destination having a modern and contemporary look of a sit-out dinner, yet giving a feel of old Indian courtyard or terrace.
FOYER AREA area is an open space adjacent to Zorawar Auditorium and Ashoka Convention Hall. It can accommodate approximately 800 guests for a buffet meal and high tea. It showcases military artifacts, hand painted scenes of battles of Mahabharata, Ramayana and Kalinga on the walls and houses aesthetically laid other artifacts.
The architecture of foyer makes it unconventional in appearance esthetically pleasing and at the same time it is energy efficient and environmentally friendly. On the whole various artifacts displayed highlight the unity and diversity of India.
RECEPTION AREA is a circular space below the Ashoka Convention Hall. It can be used for the purpose of exhibitions by erecting temporary stalls as well as a dining facility during conferences, seminars etc. It can accommodate approximately 500 guests.
