The Passing Out Parade marks the culmination of training for Gentleman Cadets when the boys have transformed into men, attired in immaculate uniform, arms swinging in perfect unison, heads held high with pride and hearts filled with zeal to serve the Nation. For each and every Gentleman Cadet, the Passing Out Parade is a day to bid good bye to their Alma mater which was their home for many months. The culmination of successful training at the academy signifies the beginning of a new journey and a glorious future.
A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step, The End they say is always a new beginning. The ‘Antim pag’ or ‘The final step’ is the last step in the Academy which marks the transition of young boys into men of steely resolve signifying the combination of rigorous training which a Gentleman Cadet undergoes. The ‘Pehla Kadam’ or ‘The First Step’ marks the birth of new legion of gallant men whom the nation can count on.From here, these young warriors equipped with the essentials of soldering will join their respective units. Many of them will bring laurels to the Academy in serving the Nation with pride.
