The rapidly changing dynamics of war forced us to constantly innovate own proactive counter measures. The Russia-Ukraine conflict, the PDF vs the Myanmar Army or the Taliban; all paved a challenge to the ground soldier in confronting the new challenges ahead. CIJW School stands tall in training not only the Indian Army but Armies from across the globe in Counter Insurgency and Guerrilla Warfare. The jungles of Mizoram are best suited to impart realistic environment to the trainees. With different types of innovative firing ranges and well-structured curriculum on Counter Insurgency, the school has proved to benefit more than 50 nations.

     Modern day war fighting has witnessed integration of latest technologies. However, growing technological advancement could not replace the basics of tactics; living off the land, jungle survival, small team ops, etc. CIJW School runs courses on Low Intensity Conflict Operations (LICO) and Pre-Induction Training to equip soldiers in combating the present day challenges through well-equipped infrastructure and latest trending technologies.

     The School also promote research studies on various conflicts across the globe, deriving lessons to unlearn and relearn through brainstorming discussions, guest lectures and regular interactions. The School is geared to provide correct guidance to nations affected by Insurgency or Terrorism.
