10.     An officer will be on probation for one year from the date he receives his commission. If an officer is reported upon within his probationary period as unsuitable to retain his commission, if may be terminated at any time whether before or after the expiry of the probationary period after one months notice. Provisions of Army Rule 15 will not be attracted in that case. Officers will be required to pass such language tests as may be prescribed from time to time.
