Cycle Rally

As part of 75^th Independence Day Celebrations ‘Amrit Mahotsav’, Chetak Corps of Sapta Shakti Command organised a 75 KM Cycle Rally on 06 Mar 2022. Two teams of 75 cyclists each from Fazilka Military Station undertook the expedition in the border areas of Punjab.
 

Cycling Expedition

As part of Swarnim Vijay Varsh celebrations undertaken across the Nation, and as a precursor to the Fazilka Vijay Diwas, a cycling expedtion from Jaipur to Fazilka was undertaken by the troops of Sada Vijayee Engineer Regiment of Sapta Shakti Command. Lieutenant General, RC Tiwari, Chief of Staff, Sapta Shakti Command flagged off the expedition from Prerna Sthal Jaipur on 10 Dec 2021. The expedition covered a distance of 508 kms over five days and was flagged in at Fazilka on 17 Dec 2021 as part of the Fazilka Day Celebrations. The team traversed through Districts of Sikar, Ratangarh, Pallu, Hanumangarh in Rajasthan before finally arriving at Fazilka. They reached out to veterans enroute as well as vis various scholols and colleges to motivate youth, foster a sense of pride and adventure as well as to recall the valour and courage of our Bravehearts during the 1971 Indo-Pak War.

 All India Board Sailing Championship -2022           

Lt S Maneesh Rajaa of Sarvada Agrani Brigade of Sapta Shakti Command won Silver Medal in All India Board Sailing Championship- 2022 held at Goa under the aegis of the Yachting Association of India. The event was org from 20-24 Apr 22 and overall 30 sailors of all age categories from across the country incl few foreign master sailors competed in the event.
