1. Jt Indo-Maldives Cycling Expdn 2019. Jt Indo Maldives Cycling Expedition was conducted from 11 Mar to 20 Mar 2019. 20 members team incl 10 member each from IA and Maldives Army participated in the said expdn.

2. 3rd Jt Indo-Bangladesh Cycling Expdn 2019. 3rd Jt Indo Bangladesh Cycling Expedition was conducted wef 18 Mar to 26 Mar 2019 with the theme “Glorious War Liberation-1971”. 27 members team incl 15 members from IA team and 12 members from Bangladesh Army participated in the said expdn.

3. IMF Open National Sports Climbing Championship. 3rd (IMF) National Open Championship was held at Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF), New Delhi wef 20 Apr to 21 Apr 2019. Nk Pema Thendup Bhutia won Gold Medal and L/Nk Ganesh Bhujel won Bronze Medal in the Speed event. Sep Muneer V won his maiden Silver Medal in the bouldering event.

4. MTB Uttarakhand National Cat. MTB Uttarakhand was held at Dehradun from Nainital to Mussoorie covering a dist of 583 kms during 19 Apr to 25 Apr 2019. 19 indls from IA participated and IA secured first 7 posns.
5. First IA Expdn to Mt Makalu Expdn. First Indian Army Mountaineering Expdn to Mt Makalu(8485M) was conducted wef 27 Mar to 30 May 2019. The challenging and prestigious expedition was led by Maj Manoj Joshi, an accomplished climber.

6. Desert Storm Car Rally-2019. 17th Desert Storm Car Rally 2019 was conducted from 06 May to 11 May 2019 in gen area Bikaner-Jaisalmer (Raj). 11 teams incl six extreme cat and five teams in Time Speed Distance (TSD) cat participated in the rally. Three Bikers participated in the competition for the first time. Team Army secured overall trophy for both extreme & Ndure Cat.

7. IA to Mt Trishul Expdn. Indian Army Mountaineering Expedition to Mt Trishul (7120M) was conducted wef 24 May to 26 June 2019 in Uttarakhand in Western Kumaon Himalayas. The 29-member team was Flagged Off from Delhi on 24 May and the team successfully completed the expedition within the stipulated timeframe and returned safely after its ascent to the peak. The team negotiated deep crevasses, withstood snow blizzards and climbed near vertical rock and ice wall to reach atop Mt Trishul on 16 June 2019.

8. IA Athletes in Sports Climbing World Cup 2019. Two IA pers were selected for participation in Sports World Cup 2019 conducted at France wef 11 Jul to 12 Jul 2019. Nk Pema Bhutia and L/Nk Bhujel participated in the event.
9. 25th Asian Mountain Bike Championship. Two IA pers were selected by Cycling Federation of India (CFI) for participation in 25th Asian Mountain Bike Championship conducted at Lebanon wef 25 Jul to 28 Jul 2019. Nk Sishir Man Singh Karki of IA MTB team and Sep Kalesh Rana participated in the event.

10. IA to Mt Kun Expdn. Indian Army Mountaineering Expedition to Mt Kun (7077M) was conducted from 30 July to 29 August 2019 in Zanskar Range in Ladakh. The 22-member team including 10 Women Officers was Flagged Off from Leh on 30 July 2019 and the team successfully completed the expedition within the stipulated time frame and returned safely after its ascent to the peak.

11. 24th IMF National Sports Climbing Championship 2019. 24th IMF National Sports Climbing Championship 2019 was held at Bangalore wef 27-30 Jan 2019. Six athletes from Indian Army participated in the said event and Nk Pema Bhutia won Gold Medal in speed climbing event.

12. Joint Sailing Expdn by 28 AD Regt and Indian Navy. To commemorate the Silver Jubilee of Corps of Army AD, 28 AD Regt conducted a joint Sailing Expdn with Indian Navy from Visakhapatnam to Gopalpur and back from 05 Jan to 13 Jan 2019. The expedition led by Capt Rajeev Kumar provided an exposure of watermenship and sea adventure to seven participants including three from Indian Navy.

13. 4th National River Rafting Championship 2019. 4th National River Rafting Championship 2019 was conducted at Reasi from 15 Mar to 17 Mar 2019. Three teams from IA participated in the said championship. The IA secured first three posns in Down Race Competition and secured second and fouth posns in Sprint Race.
14. Jt Indo-Bangladesh White Water Rafting Expdn. Jt Indo-Bangladesh White Water Rafting Expdn was conducted from 16 Mar to 19 Mar 2019 on River Siyom from Thumbin to Pangin. 20 members team incl 10 members each fro IA and Bangladesh Army participated in the expdn.

15. 3rd COAS International Tri-Marathon Competition. 3rd COAS International Tri-Marathon Competition was conducted at Kathmandu in Nepal wef 17 Sep to 18 Sep 2019. A highly experienced and balanced team was selected and trained at AANC Raiwala for the competition. Two teams of Indian Army participated in the competition and secured 2nd and 3rd position out of all over. A total of 16 teams participated in the said event. Indian Army team was awarded with the ‘Best International Team’ trophy alongwith cash awards.

16. 4th Rustamji BSF White Water Rafting Challenge Cup. 4th Rustamji BSF White Water Rafting Challenge Cup 2019 was conducted by BSF Institute of Adventure & Advance Trg from 31 Oct to 02 Nov 2019 at River Ganges in Uttarkhand. Two teams of Indian Army participated in the said event and secured 1st and 2nd position out of 20 teams.

17. Basic Skydiving Camp. Being “Year of Disabled in Line of Duty” facilitation of battle cas by means of adventure activities was approved by COAS. Maj DP Singh (Retd), a battle cas veteran during ‘Op Vijay’ also known as “Indian Blade Runner” were included in the Skydiving Camp conducted at Nasik wef 18 Mar to 30 Mar 2019.

18. BSF 2ND Maldevta Paragliding Championship-2019. 2nd Maldevta BSF & HASA Paragliding Accuracy Competition was organised and conducted by Himalyan Aero Sport Association (HASA) and BSF Institute of adventure and Advanced Training (BIAAT) at Maldevta, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) wef 27 Sep to 30 Sep 2019. Team of five members of Indian Army (IA) Paragliding team participated in the competition and IA secured 1st and 2nd posn in the event.
