There will be two committees

(a)   The Management Committee
(b)   Executive Committee

The Management Committee  The Management Committee shall comprise sixteen members as under:-

      Chairman

The Colonel of the Regiment

      Vice Chairman

The Commandant , MIRC

      Secretary

Deputy Commandant , MIRC

      Assistant Secretary

Regimental Affairs Officer (RAO), MIRC

      Treasurer

Accounts Officer, MIRC

      Members

(i)   One serving officer will be recommended by the Cos at the Biennial Conference and nominated by the Chairman. In case of a necessity to change a member during the turn, the Chairman will select the officer based on the recommendations of the Executive Committee.

(ii)   Two retired officers to be elected by the General Body Meeting during the Reunion.

       Honorary Members

(i)   One elected/nominated member from each Chapter.

(ii)  One senior most serving officer each at Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Defence Services Staff College and Army War College (i.e. four officers)

The term of office for elected/selected members will be four years only to coincide with Regimental Reunions held at the Centre. Election of retired officers as members of the Management Committee shall be by ballot prior to the Reunion. Results will be announced during the Reunion. Term will start with effect from the particular Reunion where the results are announced.

Executive Committee. The Executive Committee, responsible for day to day functioning, shall comprise the following:-

     Chief Executive Officer

The Commandant , MIRC

     Secretary

Deputy Commandant , MIRC

     Assistant Secretary

Regimental Affairs Officer (RAO), MIRC

     Treasurer

Accounts Officer, MIRC
