All (non Tech) officers granted Permanent Commission will have to undergo such preliminary training and tests at AMC Centre & School as prescribed by DGAFMS. The Permanent Commission granted to officers who subsequently fail to attend a reasonable standard of efficiency or who are not satisfactorily reported upon during this training is liable to be terminated.
