The minimum educational qualification for the grant of Permanent Commission in the AMC (Non Tech) will be the Indian Army Special Certificate/Matriculation or its equivalent examination. The serving JCOs/Ors should have completed the minimum qualifying service of at least 5 years at the time of applying for the commission.
