Surya Riding School
The Central Command Riding School was established by amalgamating personnel and animals from various animal holding units of Army Services Corps and Remount & Veterinary Corps in 1985.
The purpose of the Riding School is to promote and provide equitation sports facilities to all ranks and their dependents in Lucknow Cantonment and also for training facilities to Army Medical Corps Centre and College.
Riding classes and equestrian training is conducted at the Riding School Stadium which consists of 60 meters jumping line, cross country practice fixed jumps, water jump and full show jumping course.
